KR8 Scarifier: The most stable, sturdy 8-inch on the market

Featuring centrally located weight and quality engineering, preventing it from “jumping out of the cut,” the KutRite KR8HD (8-inch cutting path) is the most stable, sturdy and well-balanced eight-inch machine on the market today.

It is offered in two models: The 174-pound (with drum) 5.5-horsepower gas model and the 205-pound (with drum) 2-horsepower electric. This machine is ideal for general duty surface preparation, removal of concrete, thermo-plastic line, paints, thin mill coatings, trowel marks, curled joints, sidewalk trip hazards and the like. Thanks to its weight, it is heavier and more stable than most eight-inch scarifiers on the market today.

Like most of the KutRite scarifier line, the KR8HD features a laser-cut tab design, zero- depth height adjustment, better balance and less vibration, a side-access drum assembly, swiveling vacuum port, emergency stop, induction-hardened hex shafts, sealed bearings and toothed belts.

Featured accessories are Carbide (TCT), Full Face, Milling and Steel cutters, scarifier drums and shafts and KleanRite™ vacuum units.
